At Emi Jay, we want you to love your hair accessories and beauty essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original Emi Jay box or a similar protective mailer to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
